Policies and Procedures

  • Your order will be baked fresh and packaged on the same day it actually ships to ensure you get the freshest sweets. Typically we ship every Wednesday & Thursday.
  • If you need your treats by a certain time please email us ASAP, a rush fee may apply.
  • If you have a question about your order, please email us at cerealkillertreats@gmail.com. Please do not send us any messages via social media in regards to your order. 
  • Please ensure that the address, email, and telephone are all correct before placing your order. We will no longer refund or resend items with inaccurate shipping information. 


  • All products are made to order and baked fresh before we ship out.
  • Products that contain limited edition items can be updated with a new look/similar ingredients if we can't source the limited edition ones. If you purchase the limited edition items at the higher rate, we will refund the difference.
  • Variety boxes can also be switched out/updated at any time. 
  • We are not an allergen free facility and all products, including (gluten free and treats that don't contain nuts/treenuts specifically) can come in to contact with allergens. Please be mindful when ordering anything from us if you have an allergy.
