- All US orders now include shipping.
- All orders can have up to 5 business days of turnaround time before we ship. Your order will be baked fresh and packaged on the same day it actually ships to ensure you get the freshest sweets. Typically we ship every Wednesday.
- If you need your treats by a certain time please email us ASAP, a rush fee may apply.
- If you have a question about your order, please email us at email@example.com. Please do not send us any messages via social media in regards to your order.
- Please ensure that the address, email, and telephone are all correct before placing your order. We will no longer refund or resend items with inaccurate shipping information.
- All products are made to order and baked fresh before we ship out.
- Products that contain limited edition items can be updated with a new look/similar ingredients if we can't source the limited edition ones. If you purchase the limited edition items at the higher rate, we will refund the difference.
- Variety boxes can also be switched out/updated at any time.
- We are not an allergen free facility and all products, including (gluten free and treats that don't contain nuts/treenuts specifically) can come in to contact with allergens. Please be mindful when ordering anything from us if you have an allergy.
